Hi there! I’m Koby, the owner and therapist at The Table: Massage and Manual Therapy. After graduating massage college in 2017, I was immediately dissatisfied with the lack of long term results I was getting with my massage therapy education. I have since committed myself to growth as a manual therapist, studying the most highly effective philosophies and strategies of care to get you out of pain, keep you out of pain, and back to doing what you love.
I provide care to anyone in need, but have placed extra emphasis on my ability to serve all levels of athletes, active individuals, and weekend warriors through injury prevention, pain management and performance optimization. Being proficient in both treatment and assessment, I effectively address issues at their source and get you back to life and sport faster. Treatment will always include the localized area of complaint along with the compensation patters that caused the complaint in the first place, making treatment with me a very holistic form of therapy, targeted at getting to the root of the problem.

When I'm not in the clinic I am a family man. I love to train hard in the gym to keep up with my daughter, I love to go hiking, mountain biking, camping and adventuring with them, I love studying and learning new things to grow and better serve my patients, and I love gardening, the act of sowing a seed, maintaining the garden and harvesting something when it is ripe. I also know how a sore back can ruin the experience of all of these things and turn love into frustration and resentment! My goal for you is to alleviate chronic pain, heal injuries faster and see you live your life to the fullest, regardless of what fills it!
Why The Table ?
We can help with
Acute Injury
Inflammation is sent to injury sites to heal damaged tissues, but inadequate drainage of the inflammatory response can lead to chronic pain. Appropriate care to both the injury site and areas of compensation will improve circulation, heal damaged tissues faster, and prevent chronic pain from developing.
Mobility
Mobility and flexibility issues can stem from fascia, muscles, tendons, ligaments or joint capsules, and different layers of restriction require a different approach to release. With appropriate assessment and treatment application you will move better, feel better and prevent injury while doing the things you love.
Performance
Eliminating 'trigger points', 'adhesions' or 'restrictions' increases blood flow through the muscles and helps to better align these tissue fiber directions, which improves the potential power, strength and speed at which the muscles can contract.

Chronic Pain
The body has the ability to regulate pain, but unfortunately these mechanisms don't always function properly. When we restore alignment within the body, we allow for the sufficient flow of blood through the areas of chronic pain, and give the immune mechanisms the opportunity to do what they were designed to do, which is remove pain inducing chronic inflammation.
